One of the largest infertility clinics in NJ is promoting laser acupuncture to increase success of IVF transfers. This is an inferior replacement for traditional needle acupuncture. Although laser acupuncture can be realxing, the two laser acupuncture treatments before and after IVF transfer is not as effective as receiving traditional acupuncture treatments 6-12 weeks prior to IVF transfer. If interested in laser acupuncture treatments, ask your fertility clinic for published documentation of the study showing their success.(Be aware the study may have been done by the clinic selling you the treatment)
